We all know that visiting a new salon can sometimes be a little overwhelming, so we have tried to ensure that we can put you at ease with our guide below!

Security Deposits are required for NEW & Inactive Clients (6 Months +).  If appointments are not kept, this deposit is forfeited.  24 hours notice is required if you wish to change or cancel a General Salon appointment, and 48 hours notice is required if you wish to change or cancel a Hair Extension Installation or Hair Smoothing appointment,  otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.

Security Deposit Required

Inactive Clients (6 Months +) Security Deposit = $35.00
New Clients Security Deposit = $45.00

Please arrive 3-5 mins before your scheduled appointment.  Arriving late may inconvenience other clients and could result in a shortened service time with full charges applicable.

Select a service and our online booking system will give you a live update of what we have available. Services are time based if you select services that are unavailable please contact our appointment desk for further assistance as they may provide more options if available.

Online Booking Service Fee

Our online booking system charges a 0.75 cents booking fee which is automatically deducted from your debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Bring in your Inspiration
Photographs and examples will ensure that you and your stylist are on the same page. And help us to determine the best options for your hair.

Know your hair history
Be prepared to tell us about prior chemical services whether done professionally or at-home.

Be Open
Listen to our expect recommendations as we may offer valuable suggestions.

Ask questions
If we mention something you do not understand, please do not hesitate to ask us to break it down for you – this is part of customer service

Time Restraint
If you are on a time restraint, please let us know upon arrival – we may be able to make adjustments to your service(s).

Health Concerns
If you have any health related conditions or concerns, please discuss this with your stylist during your consultation.

We accept cash, PayPal and all major credit cards/debit cards

Plan your visit
We are located in Gilbert, Arizona near Germann/Lindsay (In-Home Salon setting Address Emailed Upon Booking

Upon Arrival
o Street parking
o Ring the doorbell and you will be greeted and directed to the stylist work area

Consultation
A complimentary mini consultation is given at the start of your service to understand what your desires for your hair.

Color Clients
Please note: all color clients are required to have a skin sensitivity test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment if you have not had a color service in the last six months with us.

Hair Extension Clients

Consultation Required
o In-person = $45.00 Security Deposit(30 min long – deducted from balance. Must book installation within 60 days of consultation
o Online Hair Extension Consultation Form = Free

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
Hair Extension Installation – please be sure your hair is shampooed, blown out and free of tangles and product – styling product will be added accordingly.

Need Hair Human Hair Extensions, Closure or Frontal Piece?
Be sure to let us know as soon as possible to ensure your hair order is placed in time for your visit. Normally 3-5 business days.

Please NOTE the following
o We will not perform weave services on freshly relaxed hair. It is required that you wait 3 weeks after a full relaxer retouch to receive a weave service.
o We will relax your leave out hair if desired
o We require that your hair is free of braids, weave, extensions, etc. Or a Removal services is required
