Cancellation Policy

Due to our limited openings, we request advance notice of all cancellations. Your appointments are important to us at Endless Creations Salon. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you.

We understand that sometimes cancellations and schedule adjustments are necessary; in the event of canceling or rescheduling, we respectfully request the following notices for all adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.

This allows us enough time to fill the opening and schedule another client who is waiting for an appointment.

For All General Salon Services

We respectfully request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all general salon services; otherwise, you will be required to pay 100% the service(s) reserved.

For All Specialty Salon Services: 

We respectfully require the courtesy of a 48-hour cancellation notice for all Specialty Salon Services; otherwise, we reserve the right to retain the full deposit fee.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they desire.

PERMANENT WAVES:  Permanent Wave | Soft Curl Perm | Man Perm

PERMANENT HAIR STRAIGHTENING:  JHST – Jap. Hair Straightening | Opti Smooth Heat Smoothing

 HAIR SMOOTHING:  Brazilian Blowout, DE STS (Keratin), SilkOut Taming Treatment, Keratin Complex PBO

ANTI-FRIZZ:  Yuko Anti-Frizz | Opti Smooth Cold Smoothing

HAIR EXTENSIONS:  Weave Extension | etc.

All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?

Cancellations are accepted via voice mail, text message or email. The 24-hour and 48-hour cancellation notice still apply.

WHAT IF I BOOK LESS THAN 24 or 48 hours

General Salon Services

All appointments made within the 24-hour period for General Salon Services or Same Day must pre-pay.

Specialty Salon Services

All appointments made within the 48-hour period for Specialty Salon Services or Same Day must pre-pay.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

If you forget or do not show up for your scheduled appointment(s), you will be charged for the full amount of the service(s) scheduled.

You will also be required to complete one of the following:

  1. Pre-Pay for next service(s) in FULL prior to booking + secure future bookings with a credit card on file.
  2. Secure Future bookings with an active credit card on file.

LATE ARRIVALS

Tardiness is a major disruption to our day-to-day operations. Unfortunately, we are unable to take clients that are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment. Please note that payment for a missed appointment will need to be collected before you can reschedule another appointment. You will also be required to:          

  1. Pre-Pay for next service(s) in FULL prior to booking + secure future bookings with a credit card on file.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a $25 late fee + receive abbreviated service(s) at the stylist discretion. Be advised Services subject to availability.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your full services will be completed. We will determine what portion of your services we will be able to complete; however, you be charged for the full service scheduled. Late arrival services are based on the stylist availability and stylist discretion.

In some cases, tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day. Should this be case you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 30%, and payment is required before we can reserve your next reservation.

NOTE:  Abbreviated appointments – We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guest. Abbreviated appointments will be charged at full value.

HOLDING OURSELVES TO THE SAME STANDARD 

We hold ourselves to the same standards we request of our guest. If we are running more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled visit, you will receive $25 off your services on that day.

General Salon Services refer to our cancellation policy

Specialty Salon Services refer to our cancellation policy.

CHANGED SERVICES (Regular Services)

Appointments changed with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service(s) that was initially booked.

Example:  If on the same day or day before you decide that you’d like to have a shampoo service instead of a Weave Extension service that you initially booked.

Example:  If on the same day or day before you decide that you’d like to have a shampoo service instead of a Color service that you initially booked. 

CHANGED SERVICES (Specialty Salon Services)

Appointments changed with less than a 48-hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service(s) that was initially booked.

Example:  If on the same day or day before you decide that you’d like to NOT have a removal & reinstallation service instead of a Weave Extension service & Removal that you initially booked.

ONLINE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

Online appointments must be cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation time frame to avoid additional fees. 

SPECIALTY SALON SERVICES

Due to the amount of time reserved, preparation and investment we put into Specialty Salon services, the deposit will serve as the cancellation fee.

48 hours’ notice is required for all Specialty Salon Services service cancellations

RE-BOOKING FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS

To rebook a missed appointment, you must pay a missed appointment fee and you must pre-pay for your next service. The rebooking fee must be paid in full to keep or make any future appointments.

If something comes up and you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, there may be something we can do.

  • Modify the appointment time.
    • Schedule you later in the day with an available stylist.
    • Schedule an earlier/later appointment.
