We are currently OPEN, by appointment only.
- You may schedule an appointment by texting us at 480-485-4413 or schedule online here.
- We care about your well-being. Your safety and our safety is of the utmost importance.
- We will be wearing a mask. We suggest that you wear a mask as well, but we do not require it. Masks must be worn upon arrival to the salon and while receiving a shampoo service
- Text when you ARRIVE -Arrive on time to your appointment, but not too early to avoid crowding.
- Hand-Washing ALL clients must wash and sanitize their hands upon entry & re-entry of our salon space
If you are a NEW client looking to schedule an appointment, we offer 2 Options for Booking
- ONLINE BOOKING: A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all online reservations. Your card will be authorized when you book the appointment and charged a 0.75 cents booking fee.
- APPOINTMENTS BY TEXT: Text us at 480-485-4413 to book your appointment! You will be asked to secure your booking with a “ Hold My Spot Deposit” which will be deducted from the total cost of your services(s) rendered at the time of service.

We care about your well-being. Your safety is our top priority. We clean and sanitize all stations and equipment before, during and after each appointment.
WEAR A MASK
A Masks must be worn upon arrival to the salon and while receiving a shampoo service. Wearing a Mask for the duration of your appointment is optional. You may purchase a disposable mask from us. We will be wearing PPE when you see us next!
TEXT WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Arrive on time to your appointment, but not too early to avoid crowding. When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car and text us that you have arrived. You will be instructed when to come in.
In keeping with the COVID-19 guidelines, we will be taking your temperature upon arrival. Your temperature will be taken at the front door entrance of the building.
ALL clients must wash and sanitize their hands upon entry & re-entry of our salon space
RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE SICK
Reschedule if you, or someone in your household, is sick. Do Not come in for an appointment if you are experiencing any viral symptoms: Fever (even low grade), Cough, Sore Throat, Diarrhea, Chills or Body Aches. Please do not come in if you have been exposed to COVID 19 within the last 14 days. Even if it is just mild sickness or allergies, we ask that if you or someone from your household is sick that you please reschedule your appointment. We are happy to re-schedule you.
An Air Purifier will be on during your visit
PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT
Gloves, Face Mask & Eye protection will be worn by stylists during shampooing & certain Styling services
Limit personal items brought into the salon. Upon arriving to the salon you will be provided with a bin to store your items while receiving your services – Items left will be discarded nightly.
CONTACLESS PAYMENT. NO CASH!
We will NOT be accepting any Cash at this time. We accept payments in the form of a credit or debit card. Alternatively, we encourage guest to Keep a Card on File (Optional) and use during Check out OR Pre-Pay (Optional) for your services.

- MAKE A PAYMENT FORM - Complete our Online Payment Form to Pre-Pay for services OR Keep your card on file to be used during check out. Please visit our salon forms page to complete the forms virtually before arriving to the salon. If you are unsure which forms you need to complete, please text our Client Service Coordinator at 480-485-4413 before your appointment.
Appointments are released 3 weeks in advance. A new week opens up every Sunday/Monday No appointments available means all slots have been filled. However, re-bookings and cancellations can occur. It is recommended that appointments be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance to get the day and time that is convenient for your schedule. Text Us at 480-485-4413 for accurate availability.
Clients that want to reserve recurring appointments must have a VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD on file. No Exceptions.
SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH A DEPOSIT
- Once we have received your appointment request via email or text, You will receive a “Hold My Spot” deposit link to secure your appointment
- Pay your deposit and send us a screenshot of the confirmation number or receipt.
- Once we have received your deposit, we will send you an appointment confirmation email. You will receive an appointment reminder 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

If it has been more than 180 DAYS + / 6 MONTHS since your last visit, you are considered a WELCOME BACK client, and will be charged accordingly. A non-refundable deposit is required to book a WELCOME BACK Click here for our WELCOME BACK guest menu. Read our Security Deposit Policy for more info.
Our online booking system charges a $0.75 booking fee which is automatically deducted from your debit/credit card at the time of booking. This is a separate service fee and not considered a deposit. You may pay the remaining balance the day of your appointment using our other payment options.
We make every effort to keep our website menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
All Deposits are non-refundable and are processed through an SSL secured portal. We offer upfront pricing for all services. You must Text us at 480-485-4413 for availability prior to making a deposit to ensure the requested slot is still available. Deposits allow us to block out a substantial amount of time for lengthy services and it prevents other guest from booking. Here are a few examples of when a deposit will be forfeited:
- If you cancel the same day, or the day before
- If you ordered your own hair and it does not arrive by your scheduled appointment time
- If you are extremely late(15+ minutes) late for a specialty service appointment
- If on the same day or day before you request to change your service. Ex. You request a General Salon service in place of the Specialty service you initially booked.
NO CALL/NO SHOW REBOOKING
When a client does not show up for an appointment, that client has wasted a time slot that could have gone to another client. Instead the stylist is without a client in the chair and does not get the income from the appointment. Please consider the other clients and the livelihood of the stylist.
If you wish to book a future appointment with us after a no call/no show, late cancellation, or Same-Day cancellation YOU MUST PRE PAY using one of the following payment options:

IN order to book another appointment they have to pay in advance for the entire service.
Clients can cancel their appointment in advance via our website, via text message, via our app, or by calling and leaving a voicemail with 24 – 48 notice. You will not be charged if you cancel 24 – 48 hours before your appointment start time based on General & Specialty Services as listed below. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for all clients.
Penalty Free Cancellation Policy
• We require 24-hour notice of cancellation for all general services. No Exceptions
• We require 48-hour notice of cancellation for all specialty services. No Exceptions
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be responsible for the full cost (100%) of the service.
Late Cancellations prevent other guest who need services from getting services. Exceptions are made in certain cases such as emergencies and illness. If you are sick, please stay home.
- Late Cancellations – Under 24 Hours’ notice (General Salon Services) fee: 50% of the service price due to late cancellation
- Late Cancellations – Under 48 Hours’ notice (Specialty Salon Services) fee: The deposit is forfeited and will serve as the cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required to re-book a specialty service.
- Same-day cancellation and Late Cancellations Fee: 100% of the scheduled service
LATE ARRIVALS CLIENTS
We work by appointment only. We give a generous 10-minute grace period for each appointment provided we hear from you. Arriving 10 minutes late may cut into your service time or require rescheduling, depending on the service(s). Late Arrivals prevent other guest from booking and effect the flow of daily business.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the service will be adjusted to the time left and the full amount will be charged plus a $20 late fee. – Late Arrivals are - Subject to abbreviated services.
If your lateness interferes with another clients’ appointment time, we reserve the right to re-schedule your appointment and you will be charged a $25 Re-Schedule Fee in addition to the cost of the scheduled service. LATE START STYLIST
If we are running behind schedule a text message will be sent to the number on file 30 minutes to 1 hour before the schedule appointment time.
If on the same day or 48 hours before your appointment you decide to change the services you initially booked, you will be charged for the service(s) initially booked and an additional charge will be applied for additional services, as last-minute change of services effect our calendar and the flow of the business day.
Only customers receiving a service will be allowed in the salon, unless they are a guardian of a child receiving services. Seating is limited; therefore do not bring company to your appointment.
Only children with a scheduled appointment will be allowed at this time. A parent/guardian is welcome to wait, however additional guests will not be allowed in the salon. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, this is for everyone’s safety.
Prices do not include gratuities. Gratuity is not expected but is deeply appreciated.
CONVENIENCE APPOINTMENT FEES (AFTER HOURS)

We are happy to make accommodations for early or late evening appointments for an additional convenience fee. These specified hours are available by request and during special times only. Convenience appointments are appointments outside of regular operating hours. Scheduled workdays are Tuesday through Saturday with select Sundays.

EMERGENCY AND SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

Sometimes situations come up and it is imperative to have a hair appointment the same day/emergency. We are happy to accommodate Emergency and Same Day appointments for an additional fee.

Specialty Hair Services – Emergency/Same Day Fee: $100

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS & REMINDERS
As a courtesy you will receive an email and/or text confirmation at the time of booking and an email and/or text reminder 24-48 hours before your appointment.
Feel free to text to your heart's content, however, we ask that you be considerate of others TIME by keeping your head positioned for styling services as holding your head down to focus on your phone hinders with the set aside service time. We reserve the right to abbreviate your service if your phone interferes with your allotted service time.
All services and sales are final until further notice. We aim to provide, supply, and protect our customers during this critical time, please shop responsibly.
7 DAY ADJUSTMENT GUARANTEES
We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and strive to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. However, if you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any adjustments to your hair with our 7 Day Adjustment Guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that Endless Creations Salon does not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with a style request. Our 7 Day Adjustment guarantee will address any discomfort, color matching, volume, fullness, or length. If you are unsatisfied with your hair (within reason) or salon services, we are happy to make necessary adjustments to your service for you.
Please be aware that additional extensions may have to be purchased to ensure that you will have the look that you desire. Also, that complete color changes will also require an additional fee.
All hair design, color and texture services are guaranteed within one week of service, when using recommended products purchased at the salon. We use the absolute best products in the industry when providing services to our guests and are confident in the life and longevity of the service. However, we always recommend our guests continue to use professional products at home. Doing so will help ensure the longevity of your hair service. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair service or hair extensions; however we offer a 7-day Adjustment.
We do not issue refunds on used products. If there is a defect, we will issue an in-store credit to be used at your discretion.
Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days. We do not provide refunds on retail products; if you’re unhappy with the results of a retail product purchased from Endless Creations Salon, we will gladly exchange (with accompanying receipt) and we will express your dissatisfaction directly with the manufacturer and/or distributor.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Endless Creations Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate. Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
