Email Communication Policy
Your privacy is important to us; we will not give your contact information to anyone. We promise no spam. We understand your time is valuable and keeping your hair beautiful and healthy is our business. Below is a list of communications you may receive from us.
Service Related Emails
- Appointment Confirmation Email. Contact us if there are any issues with your appointment
- Appointment Reminder. As a courtesy, we send out an email to confirm your service appointments two days prior to your appointment date including details about your appointment e.g. time, location and service.
- Appointment Followup. After your visit, we may send a thank you and feedback request.
- Payment Confirmation. After paying for your services, ECS will email you a receipt that you can file and save for your records.
- Next Appointment Reminder (Emailed every 6-8 weeks following your last visit)
We may occasionally send promotional emails.

- Occasional newsletters and promotions. (monthly)
