BLACK FRIDAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All services must be paid online to receive the discounted holiday price.
• Savings are off of the regular prices.
• Final prices for chemical, keratin, and color treatments will be determined during a mini consultation based on hair length, density, and saturation needs, then paid upfront. Since product needs can vary, the final cost may be adjusted at checkout.
• Additional charges for long or high-density hair will be assessed and quoted during the consultation, then paid upfront to lock in the Black Friday rate.
• Bookings open on December 1, 2025. No bookings are accepted before this date.
• All services must be booked and completed by January 31, 2026.
• Appointments are by appointment only and non-transferable.
• Deals cannot be applied to existing pre-booked appointments.
• Limit of 2 services per person; up to 2 additional services can be purchased as gifts.
• Promotional value must be used in a single visit.
• New and/or Returning clients Consultation forms must be completed before the service.
• No refunds are issued on services, packages, promotions, pre-paid visits, gift certificates, or products.
• If pre-paid services are unsuitable for your hair, you will receive an Endless Creations Hair Credit for future services.
• The GINACURL pre-screening fee is waived for Black Friday purchases.

Important Terms:

• All premium and specialty services require a 48-hour cancellation notice.
• Services are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the personalized nature of our work.
• ShopPay  and AfterPay offers flexible payment options; select this at checkout to spread your service cost into 4 payments.
• Approval for GinaCurl and Japanese Hair Straightening services via ShopPay must be completed at least 7 business days before your requested appointment. Remaining balances are due upon arrival after hair assessment and product usage is determined.
