Our Client Service Agreement


Before being able to book any service with us, you are required to read and acknowledge our salon policies by submitting the form at the end. We want to make sure that we are all on the same page and that we are respectful of each other’s time.

SERVICES POLICY

Due to the nature of this business, we have a no-refund policy on services completed at our salon.

7-DAY SERVICE GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your hair or any other salon services, you must reach out to us within 7 days and your stylist can speak with you about what adjustments they may need to make to resolve the issue. Chemical results may vary.

They will assess your services and they will go over your initial consultation where expectations and hair goals were first discussed before your service. Then your stylist will be able to make the decision on whether or not any adjustments are complimentary or if there is a fee.

GINACURL PRICING & POLICY

A Pre-Screening is required to ensure that the client’s hair is suitable for the GinaCurl service. All GinaCurl Pre-Screening Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

GinaCurl Straight Variation pricing starts at $350+ with minimal length of 3 inches long.

GinaCurl Curly Variation pricing starts at $550+ with a minimal length of 3 inches long.

 AVAILABILITY POLICY

Appointments are available Tuesday- Saturday by appointment only. We operate in a 3-week calendar interval. Due to an increase in business volume, we highly encourage our recurring clients to reserve appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

EARLY ARRIVAL POLICY

Arrive up to 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Feel free to wait in the Lobby waiting area or in remain in your car until we notify you that we are ready for your appointment. Arriving after 15 minutes late after your scheduled appointment may result in an appointment cancellation and/or a rescheduled appointment. Please see our Late Arrival Policy.

PAYMENTS POLICY

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and CashApp.

DEPOSITS POLICY

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Please make sure you are 100% certain of your appointment as NO refunds will be given. A deposit guarantees you an appointment time. Without a deposit or confirmed Online secured booking, you have NO appointment.

  • Deposit amounts will vary based on the service selection.
  • Deposits required for:
    • New Clients (0-6 visits)
    • Existing Clients (7+ visits)
    • Welcome Back (4+ Months since Last Visit)
    • New Child Client (0-6 visits)
    • Existing Child Client (7+ visits)
    • ALL Specialty Services: Color & Blonding, Permanent Wave, Soft Curl Perms, All Keratin Treatments, All Permanent Hair Straightening and Anti-Frizz, All Virgin Relaxers and All Hair Extension services.
    • GinaCurl Curly Variation & GinaCurl Straight Variation
  • ALL General Service Deposits must be applied to a reservation within thirty (30) days of submission.
  • ALL Specialty Service Deposits must be applied to a reservation within sixty (60) days of submission
  • If a deposit is received but is not applied to a reservation within the allotted time, the Client will forfeit that deposit and a new deposit will be required to secure a new reservation

All deposits will be applied towards the balance of selected service(s) at checkout.

RE-SCHEDULING

Once a reservation is confirmed, we allow (1) courtesy date modification. Any further date modifications will result in the cancellation of the appointment and the client will forfeit the deposit(s). NO EXCEPTIONS

For cancellations, modifications or rescheduling of any Specialty Service a 48-hour notification must be completed prior to the scheduled appointment time.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES

All services are priced based on what the service includes, and the time allotted. You cannot add additional services after the appointment has been booked.

All changes and modifications must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time. Any changes or request for additional services is at the discretion of the stylist and/or availability. All clients will be charged the full amount of the service(s) reserved at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Clients can cancel their appointment in advance via our website, via text message, via our app, or by calling and leaving a voicemail with the required notification.

This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for all clients.

Penalty Free Cancellation Policy:  You will not be charged if you cancel before your appointment start time based on General & Specialty Services as listed below.

  • To ensure General appointments flow smoothly, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to the appointment start time for all general services. No Exceptions
  • To ensure Specialty appointments flow smoothly, We require 48-hour notice of cancellation prior to the appointment start time for all specialty services. No Exceptions

GinaCurl appointment Cancellations MUST be completed at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled appointment time. 

If you cancel within seven (7) days of your appointment for whatever reason, we will then absorb the deposit for the scheduled time block we had reserved for your service.

All clients receive computer generated Text and email reminders 2 days before a scheduled appointment.

NO CALL NO SHOW

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be responsible for the full cost (100%) of the service. And must Pre-Pay for all future appointments OR reserve all future bookings with an active credit card on file.

TARDINESS

Tardiness results in scheduling and service conflicts!

Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment and CHARGE a Late Fee.

If you are running 10-minutes or more Late, SEND a Text message to our Textline @ 480-485-4413.

If you arrive more than 15-minutes after your scheduled appointment start time and WE ARE ABLE to proceed with your service(s), the service(s) will be adjusted to the appointment time left, and the full amount of the service(s) reserved, plus a LATE FEE must be pre-paid before the start of the service(s). All Late Arrivals are - Subject to abbreviated services.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time and WE ARE NOT ABLE to accommodate your service(s), your services will be considered a missed appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new reservation + deposit will be required.

If your tardiness interferes with another clients’ appointment time, we reserve the right to re-schedule or cancel your appointment and you will be charged a Re-Schedule Fee plus the cost of the scheduled service.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Late Cancellations prevent other guest who need services from getting services. Exceptions are made in certain cases such as emergencies and illness. If you are sick, please stay home.

  • Late Cancellations – Under 24 Hours’ notice (General Salon Services) fee: 50% of the service price due to late cancellation
  • Late CancellationsUnder 48 Hours’ notice (Specialty Salon Services) fee: The deposit is forfeited and will serve as the cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required to re-book a specialty service.
  • Same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled service

LATE START STYLIST

There may be a waiting period of up to 15 minutes before your appointment’s start time. Curly hair can be quite time-consuming to work through, and while we make every effort to be on time for all appointments, there are times when that is not a possibility. We thank you in advance for your patience.

If we are running behind schedule a text message will be sent to the number on file 30 minutes to 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time.

In addition, If we are running more than 16-minutes after your scheduled appointment start time as an inconvenience courtesy, we will apply a discount to your service(s).

CONSULTATIONS

All NEW Clients are subject to an In-Person Consultation prior to their first scheduled reservation. This is in the event if we are unable to properly assess the current condition of your hair on our Online Consultation Form. 

All Permanent Hair color, Chemical and Hair extension services require a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. After the consultation, a Specialty service deposit is required when booking.

Consultation Fees must be applied to an In-Person Consultation within thirty (30) days of submission.

We are currently OPEN, by appointment only.

  • We care about your well-being. Your safety and our safety are of the utmost importance.
  • We will be wearing a mask. We suggest that you wear a mask as well, but we do not require it. Masks must be worn upon arrival to the salon and while receiving a shampoo service.
  • Text when you ARRIVE -Arrive on time to your appointment, but not too early to avoid crowding.
  • Hand-Washing ALL clients must wash and sanitize their hands upon entry & re-entry of our salon space.

PAYMENTS

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for services and products. Gratuities are also welcomed in cash. Checks are NOT accepted as a form of payment.

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you purchase a product at Endless Creations and it is UNOPENED and it has not been used you are welcome to return the product and exchange it within 14 days of purchase.

If for any reason there was an error or mistake with a cut or color service ONLY, we will gladly adjust the cut or color within five (5) days of the original appointment at no additional charge, with the original stylist.

CHEMICAL SERVICE DISCLAIMER

We cannot guarantee the health or aesthetics of your perm, color, or other chemical services if you do not follow our salon instructions and use the proper and recommended products and techniques on your processed hair. After getting a chemical service, your hair requires more nourishment, strength building treatments and moisture balanced products.  Using lower-valued hair products with cheap, unnatural, and stripping ingredients may cause damage or breakage to your hair.

Results of Chemical services may vary but specifically on compromised, damaged hair such as previously lightened, heat-damaged, or chemical-treated portions.

Each person’s hair will respond differently to chemicals, perms and color, and in some cases will not be able to hold perm or color as well as expected.

We will always work to ensure that we perform services with the health and integrity of the clients hair at the forefront while working toward getting as close to your ideal aesthetic as possible.

And so, we are not responsible for any color, perms or chemicals not holding on to previously compromised hair.

Phone / Text Terms & Conditions

As a new client, when you interact with Endless Creations Salon, either by phone or through a form our website, we request your phone number for ease of communication. But what we do with your phone number? We assure you, your phone number is used to better serve you. We don't share your number or use your number for any purpose outside of salon-related communication. Find our phone/text policy here along with an opt in.
