Who is a First Visit Client?
A First Visits client is defined as someone who has never received a service from us or has not visited for a service in over four months (16 weeks). Whether you’re a newcomer or returning after a hiatus, we're here to provide you with a comprehensive experience that caters to your unique hair needs.
First Visit Services
At your first visit, we’ll ensure you receive all the benefits of our high-quality, all-inclusive services. Here’s what you can look forward to:
- In-Depth Consultation: Your experience begins with a thorough consultation. We take the time to learn about your hair history, lifestyle, and any essential elements that could impact your hair care journey. This step allows us to customize our approach to meet your individual needs.
- Goal Setting and Game Plan: Together, we’ll establish both short-term and long-term goals for your hair. You’ll leave with a clear game plan, including recommended products and a schedule for future appointments, to achieve optimal results.
- Gentle Detox Treatment: To reveal your hair’s true potential, we’ll perform a gentle detox to eliminate any product buildup. Starting with a clean slate is crucial to kick off your journey toward healthier hair.
- Treatments: We utilize various salon-grade brands exclusive to licensed stylists to restore balance to your hair and scalp. These treatments are tailored to enhance the health and appearance of your hair, ensuring you receive the best care possible.
- Healthy Trim or Hair Shaping: To encourage vibrant, shiny hair, we often include a gentle trim or hair shaping. This step not only enhances your style but also promotes healthy hair growth.
Consultation and Booking: Our Process
Please read this carefully, our booking process is different because of the highly specialized services we offer.
ALL new clients and ALL specialty service bookings start with a consultation, whether you prefer in person, online, or by phone.
Consultations are a paid service and payment must be received before Ms Cece reviews your file. Learn more about our consultation options and fees here.
Here is the process:
Every consultation begins with an online intake form so that Ms Cece has a good understanding of your hair, it's condition, and your needs before your appointment gets booked.
- Select your desired service
- Pay your consultation fee through Square using the link that corresponds with your service.
- Once we receive your payment, you'll be directed to the consultation form. Please fill it out completely.
- Ms. CeCe begins her professional review of your file.
- You will hear back from Ms Cece or her assistant with 2-3 business days to book your appointment
New Clients: If you have never been to Endless Creations Salon before, you must select from the list of First Visits Services as your first appointment. After your initial visit, you’re free to select from our full range of services that cater to your hair needs.
