📌Pre-Approval for Financing & Payment Plans (Cherry Pay & AfterPay)
To use Cherry Pay or AfterPay, clients must secure pre-approval before their appointment. Please note, it will take some time to download the apps and follow the steps, and obtain a pre-approval before using Cherry Pay or AfterPay at checkout.
- Pre-Approval Deadline: Clients must obtain approval at least 7 business days before their scheduled appointment.
- Approval Confirmation: Clients must verify their approved amount at least 72 hours before their appointment.
- Failure to Pre-Apply: Clients who fail to complete the pre-approval process may face canceled appointments and/or loss of their deposit. Top of Form
📌 Same Day Payment Plan Checkout Request: Must Notify stylist at the beginning of the service.
💰 Final Service Pricing
The final service price is based on:
- Hair Length (assessed at the beginning of the service)
- Hair Density (assessed at the beginning of the service)
- Product Usage (calculated throughout the process)
- Any remaining balance is due at checkout.
⏳ Multiple Payment Methods & Checkout Policy
To maintain a smooth workflow and minimize disruptions, clients using multiple payment methods must inform the stylist at the start of the service and complete checkout before the service ends
- To avoid delays, we encourage clients to complete their checkout MIDWAY or BEFORE your service ends.
- Extended checkout times disrupt the stylist’s schedule and impact other clients.

Full Payment: Zelle
To pay in full without a credit check, try Zelle. Let us know that you'd like to use this option so that we can add the exact amount to the list at checkout. You'll then follow this link to our shop and find your name in the list of options. Just remember to select the ZELLE at checkout.
Financing: Cherry Pay
With Cherry Pay, you can choose a monthly payment plan to suite your needs. You will first need to submit an application with Cherry Pay and undergo a credit check. If you use this option, we must create a custom payment link so that you can use your Cherry Pay account to pay for your services.
Split Payments: Afterpay
Spread your payments over 4 installments, interest-free. Download the Afterpay app, create an account, then set up the Afterpay Card, add to your digital wallet, and tap to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. Before receiving a service or buying a product, let our staff know you will be using Afterpay.
