Many stylists specialize in either straight or highly textured hair, but few have mastered both, along with all the textures in between. After decades behind the chair, Ms. Cece understands the full spectrum of hair textures and knows how to bring out the best in each one.
Hair is rarely one single, uniform texture. It's possible to have varying curl patterns, tight coils at the crown, looser waves around the face, or straightened ends from years of styling. Ms. Cece knows how to read the hair, recognize its unique behavior, and design a customized plan that supports your healthy-hair journey.

Ms. Cece’s approach is rooted in client education. Everyone who sits in her chair learns about their own texture, porosity, and curl pattern so they can care for their hair between visits and continue growing their natural hair.
Teaching the Next Generation
After building a thriving salon business, Ms. Cece is now sharing her knowledge with fellow stylists through online education. Her digital courses and resources focus on the practical side of salon success—organization, financial tracking, product management, and team development—along with real-world texture education that isn’t taught in most beauty schools.

Endless Creations Salon has been a trusted destination for hair of all textures throughout Chandler AZ for over two decades. A Master Cosmetologist and lifelong educator, Ms. Cece began her career with one goal: to help every client understand and love their natural hair. Her hands-on, texture-first approach has earned her a loyal clientele who know they can trust her with every pattern, porosity, and curl type.
Ms Cece has built her reputation on technique, compassion and a deep understanding of hair types and textures. From straight and sleek to kinky coily, she’s mastered the art of cutting, styling and coloring for diverse hair types.
A graduate of Technical Institute of Cosmetology Arts & Sciences (TICAs) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ms Cece received her Master Cosmetology Degree. Her skills includes healthy hair weaving, growing and maintaining healthy hair, cutting, coloring, and client education. She furthers her own education by regularly attending advanced education classes and hair shows and has advanced training in Wigs, Weaves, and Hair Extension training at Dudley's Cosmetology University (DCU).
Ms Cece works with all hair textures but is a master at ethnic and multi-textured hair textures. She is a master at silk press, sew-in extensions and hair smoothing treatments, while focusing on being all about healthy hair. Passionate about restoring damaged hair to its healthiest state, she enjoys working with clients to grow their hair healthy and long.
