As a new client, when you interact with Endless Creations Salon, either by phone or through a form on our website, we request your phone number for ease of communication. But what we do with it? Your phone number is used to better serve you. We don't share your number or use your number for any purpose outside of salon-related communication.
CALLS
A brief phone call is a reliable way to get in touch with each other. When time is of the essence, we prefer phone vs email. Our salon staff may CALL you at the number provided to:
- Confirm your appointment
- Make you aware of a change in your appointment
- Respond to your questions or follow up on your consultation form
TEXTS
Many people prefer a text, finding it less disruptive than a phone call or voice message. Our salon staff may TEXT you at the number provided to:
- Confirm your appointment
- Make you aware of a change in your appointment
- Respond to your questions or follow up on your consultation form

We may also TEXT you more general information:
- Monthly alert when the next month's appointment book is open
- Occasional alert if we have a last minute opening
- Rare alert if we offer a time-sensitive discount

We require that all clients give either their implied or express permission to receive texts from us.
Implied Permission
If you text us on our TEXT LINE listed at the top of our website, you are giving us permission to text you back.
Express Permission
Throughout our website, if our form asks for a phone number, we will ask for your express permission to send texts to the number provided. That permission will be in effect until you revoke it by replying STOP. Message & data rates may apply.
