📌Pre-Approval for Financing & Payment Plans (Cherry Pay & AfterPay)
We offer flexible payment options through Cherry Pay and AfterPay to make your salon experience easier and more convenient
For Cherry Pay, complete the full application and obtain your pre approval amount at least 7 days before your requested appointment.
For AfterPay, a custom payment link will be created through our Square platform, where clients can select AfterPay at checkout. Ensure the client’s AfterPay account has enough available balance, as AfterPay sets its own limits.
Pre Approval Deadline: Approval must be completed at least 7 business days before your appointment.
Approval Confirmation: Verify your approved amount at least 72 hours before your appointment.
Failure to Pre Apply: Clients who do not complete pre-approval may have appointments canceled and/or lose their deposit.
📌 Same Day Payment Plan Checkout Request: Notify your stylist at the beginning of your service if you want to request a same day payment plan checkout.
💰 Final Service Pricing
The final service price is based on:
- Hair Length (assessed at the beginning of the service)
- Hair Density (assessed at the beginning of the service)
- Product Usage (calculated throughout the process)
- Any remaining balance is due at checkout, midway or before your service ends.
⏳ Multiple Payment Methods & Checkout Policy
To maintain a smooth workflow and minimize disruptions, clients using multiple payment methods must inform the stylist at the start of the service and complete checkout before the service ends
- To avoid delays, we encourage clients to complete their checkout MIDWAY or BEFORE your service ends.
- Extended checkout times disrupt the stylist’s schedule and impact other clients.

Full Payment: Zelle
No credit check required. Pay in full using Zelle to hold your appointment. Text us the amount and service details. Payments can be full, remaining, or split before the service starts, during checkout, midway, or before the service ends. Zelle ID: [email protected]

After Approval: Text us the service and amount. We will send a checkout link. Once approved, your booking is added to the calendar based on current availability. Appointments must be booked and serviced within 30 days of approval.

No credit check required. Spread your payment over 4 interest-free installments with AfterPay. Text us the service and amount you want to use. We will send a custom checkout link through our Square platform. Select AfterPay at checkout to complete the payment.
Hold My Spot Deposit
No credit check required. Secure your appointment with a deposit via our Square platform. Available for General, Specialty, and Premium Services. Holds your spot for 30 days with one courtesy modification. Amounts vary by service.
Pay with Credit Card
No credit check required. Pay securely with your credit or debit card through our PaySimple payment form. Enter your name, payment details, and amount. You can also set up recurring payments if needed. After payment, text a screenshot and confirmation number, and we will record it for your requested service.
ShopPay
No credit check required. Pay in full or in four interest free installments with Shop Pay. Available at checkout on our online store for all service deposits and product purchases. Complete your payment quickly and securely in just a few clicks.
