ECS Hair Care Memberships are designed for established clients who want to maintain their hair with consistent professional care while making salon visits easier to schedule, budget for, and maintain as part of a regular hair-care routine.

Membership helps you stay on the professional maintenance schedule recommended for your hair instead of waiting until your hair is overdue for care.

Eligibility

Membership does not begin with your First Visit.

ECS memberships are reserved for established clients whose hair, service history and maintenance needs have already been professionally evaluated.

For Silk Press Membership eligibility, clients must complete:

1. The ECS First Visit process

2. At least one additional qualifying maintenance visit

This allows ECS to professionally confirm your hair-length classification, maintenance needs and appropriate membership level before enrollment.

Clients who have exceeded the ECS maintenance window may be required to complete a First Visit Reset before becoming eligible for membership.

A Commitment to Consistency

ECS memberships begin with a four-consecutive-month commitment.

The purpose of the membership is to help clients maintain a predictable professional hair-care schedule and make regular salon maintenance easier to plan and budget for.

Membership payment does not automatically reserve appointment dates. Membership appointments are coordinated according to ECS membership scheduling procedures and salon availability.

Silk Press Memberships

Silk Press Memberships

For established natural-hair clients who want professional Silk Press maintenance one or two times per month.

Silk Press Memberships are available across 11 ECS hair-length classifications, with pricing based on the professionally verified length category.

Plans begin at $85/month for 1 visit per month and $165/month for 2 visits per month.

Density adjustments, excessive detangling, trims, treatments, thermal curls and other add-ons are additional when applicable.

Purchasing & Scheduling

Eligible clients may purchase their approved membership through the ECS membership checkout pathway.

After purchasing, please send your membership receipt to Joy for verification and membership activation.

Membership purchase does not reserve appointment dates.

Once your membership is verified and activated, Joy will assist with coordinating your eligible membership appointments based on availability and your membership schedule.
