When scheduling an appointment be mindful we book up fast so be sure to allow 1-2 weeks to schedule.
While all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule and availability, online appointment requests do NOT guarantee that the time or date you select online will be available. All appointment REQUESTS will be confirmed within 24 hours via text, phone, and/or email.
Additional Scheduling Info:
- We offer pre-booking & standing appointments (up to 3 months in advance each calendar quarter as follows: Jan-Mar, Apr-June, July- Sep, Oct-Dec, to guarantee you have a reservation with the day, time and provider you request.
- Emails and Text messages are sent 24-48 hours before your reservation
- Sunday & Mondays are By Appointment Only
- Hair Extension Installation Service Cut Off Times is 4:30 PM Sunday -Friday and 2:30 PM on Saturdays.
Note: We do not accept appointments within a 24-hour period of the appointment request.

How do I view a reservation I booked online?
If you created or logged into an account when booking your appointment, you can log into the system to view your appointments.
What if I want to reserve multiple services?
Select Multiple services and select your services individually. Each service is time based so if the system will not let you book multiple services, please call us at 480-269-7542 or text us at 480-485-4413 for availability.
Where can I find descriptions of services or packages?
Click directly on the service or package name to view its description.
What do I do if my service is not available?
If no times are available on the date you selected, you can check availability for the nearest days or weeks by clicking through the date tabs. If you can’t find any appointments, you can also call us at (480) 269-7542 or text us at (480)485-4413.
Can I purchase a gift card online?
Yes, Instant Gift Certificates are available 24/7 and can either be printed off by you or immediately emailed to the gift recipient.
