🏷️ FINAL SERVICE PRICING

Service prices are "starting rates" which may vary based on your stylist's experience, training, and demand. Prices may increase according to your hair and required product usag . The final service price is based on:

Hair Length (assessed at the beginning of the service)
Hair Density (assessed at the beginning of the service)
Product Usage for ALL chemical services (calculated throughout the process)
Any remaining balance is due at checkout. 

🤝 ADVANCED NOTICE FOR APPOINTMENT CHANGES 

Your stylist dedicates the appointment time exclusively to you. To accommodate all clients, please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Occasionally, we may need to stagger book to meet demand and will inform you if this is necessary.

DEPOSITS

To secure your appointment, please provide a valid credit card or submit a Hold My Spot deposit at booking. The Hold My Spot deposit is valid for 30 days from the initial payment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, your credit card will be charged the full-service amount. 

BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS

Services are available Tuesday to Saturday. We operate on a 4-week calendar. Due to high demand, we recommend booking your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

EXTRA REQUESTS

Additional service requests are at the stylist's discretion and availability. For example, if you switch from a Specialty or Premium Specialty service to a General Service on the same day or the day before, you will be charged the full amount for the original service reserved. This policy helps prevent scheduling disruptions and ensures we can serve all clients without financial losses.

CONVENIENCE APPOINTMENTS

Convenience appointments are  appointments outside of regular operating hours. Convenience & Emergency` appointments must be coordinated with our Client Service Coordinator via Text/Email

Early Bird Appointments

Appointments before 9 AM are considered Early Bird appointments. Fees are $25 for General Services, $45 for Specialty Services, and $65 for Premium Specialty Services. These appointments are subject to availability and can start as early as 6 AM upon request. Pre-payment is required.

Late Owl Appointments 

Late Owl appointments occur after 6 PM. Fees are $25 for General Services, $45 for Specialty Services, and $65 for Premium Specialty Services. These appointments are subject to availability and can be booked from 6 PM to 7:30 PM upon request. Pre-payment is required.

Scheduled/Unscheduled | Sunday/Monday Appointment Requests
Sundays and Mondays are reserved for GinaCurl and Japanese Hair Straightening clients. General, Specialty, and Premium Specialty service appointments are available on these days with staggered booking, accompanied by a Sunday/Monday surcharge. Pré-Payment is required:

·        General Service: $50
·        Specialty Service: $75
·        Premium Specialty Service: $100

RECURRING APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

Clients must have an active card on file to reserve recurring appointments. A Hold My Spot Deposit or Specialty Service Deposit will be charged at booking and applied to the service on the requested date. This non-transferable deposit will be deducted from your account for the scheduled service.

TARDINESS & LATE START NOTICE   

All clients are granted a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or proceed with services and Charge a Late Start Fee.

-        $25 Late Start Fee – General Services
-        $45 Late Start Fee – Specialty Services  
-        $50 Late Start Fee -  Premium Specialty Services

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide your full service and might need to reschedule. A new deposit may be required to reserve a new appointment to avoid disrupting others.

STYLIST LATE START FEE/COMPENSATION OPTION

There may be a wait of up to 15 minutes before your appointment starts. Working with curly hair can be time-consuming, and while we strive to stay on schedule, delays may occur. If we're running behind, we will send a text message 30 minutes to 1 hour before your appointment.

If we are more than 15 minutes late, we will offer a discount of $10 to $30 off your service OR complimentary service compensation for your current or next appointment, at the stylist's discretion.Top of Form

CHILDREN’S APPOINTMENT POLICY

Children under 18 must have their hair services PRE-PAID in advance by a parent or guardian before the service begins or have an active card on file that will be charged prior to starting.

The salon is not responsible for any additional services or products required during the appointment. This policy ensures a smooth experience for both the child and stylist, as the amount of chemical product needed can only be determined after application. We can only provide estimates, and any required product usage will be charged to the card on file.

🌐 ONLINE BOOKING

A deposit is required to secure all appointments booked online. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you miss your scheduled appointment ("no-show"), the full deposit may be forfeited.

Cancellations made online with more than 48 hours' notice will result in your deposit being credited to your account for future services within 30 days. Refunds are not offered, as holding an appointment without proper notice prevents other clients from booking and causes revenue loss for the business.

REQUESTED ADD-ON SERVICES

Our salon uses blocked scheduling, so we may not be able to accommodate add-on services during your appointment. Please inform us when booking or texting our Textline 48 hours in advance to request an add-on without disrupting other clients. This is not a cancellation or appointment change; those must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

For example, in blocked scheduling, a stylist focuses on one client for 2 hours, ensuring undivided attention and better time management.

HAIR DETANGLING POLICY

Please arrive with your hair detangled, especially after removing a protective style. Ensure your hair is comb-able before your appointment, as extra time for untangling or detangling knotted or tangled hair is not included in our service times. If you arrive with tangled or matted hair, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be charged the full-service fee. If we proceed with detangling, an add-on fee of $25-$45 for Detangle Prep will apply.

REFUNDS, REDO POLICY

All services at Endless Creations are final upon completion. We do not offer refunds or complimentary redos. Clients must express any concerns during the service so adjustments can be made at that time. Once the service is completed, any additional changes will require a separate appointment and will be subject to additional fees. By booking with us, you agree to these terms
